Nicholas Wasierski reached out when I sent out an SOS after my "tech" issues (cat) and had to schedule re-dos for 3 conversations, and it took me a bit to understand what his practices are - in my defense, there are so many... But when he said he was a Rite of Passage Guide, I expected it to be more of a wilderness guide - boy was I wrong, and boy am I fascinated with this now! I was so close to asking for more context (a bit of a sample session), but I thought it might be too. long for you all to listen to in one sitting. Nicholas is also an Herbalist, and quotes Hippocrates saying "Let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food."
