I reached out to Harvest Maine on Instagram after following for a little while, and Matt Chappell responded, and I'm SO glad! I'm totally jazzed about this venture for them, and the opportunity to use what would usually be considered food waste to create tasty vegetable spreads is genius!! I am so excited to share this with you all!
Harvest Maine is 2 previous entrepreneurs who worked together separately, and left their businesses to start this together, because they're so passionate about saving food from being wasted. What's not to love?
